Single row, mounted, with box filling function, multifunctional use

The Combi-1010C is a tractor mounted, single-row toplifter, with an integrated box filling system for direct loading into boxes. The machine is characterised by its top-lifting assy. This results in high efficiency, cleaning capacity and crop protection. The top-lifting assy is equipped with user-friendly features. Such as a quick release system for the pick-up belt, maintenance-free mounted top lifter rollers and an overload protection system, which are otherwise only found in trailed and self-propelled technology. In addition, the Combi-1010C offers various adjustment options and automatic functions. The machine is particularly suitable for farms with small to medium structured areas. The machine is carried in the lower guides of the tractor and an interaxle attachment frame. A share loosens the soil below the root. The rotating torpedoes raise the haulm/carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the pick-up belt. Afterwards, a root-cleaner removes adhering soil. The tops of the crop are cut off at their base by a cutting unit and ejected behind the machine. The carrots are conveyed into the boxes with the help of the picking table conveyor. For this purpose, the machine can be equipped with different crate platforms.

• The bearing of the top lifter rollers with rubber spring elements is maintenance-free and therefore reduces maintenance costs and ensures a constant clamping force.
• The standard quick-release system for the following offset mounted top lifter rollers enables an easy adjustment of the clamping force or simple belt replacement to minimise machine maintenance costs.
• The first top lifter rollers arranged next to each other allow the clamping force to be adjusted in the foremost area. Compared to offset mounted top lifter rollers, these can achieve a higher clamping force if required in order to reduce losses or increase the harvesting speed.
• Low-wear top lifter rollers, made of steel.
• Cutting unit with special sealing for long service life.
• Precise synchronisation of the cutting unit by a gear transmission for an accurate removal of haulm/carrot tops and a long service life.
• Drop height reducer at the end of the conveying picking web to improve crop protection, when filling boxes.
• Different versions of the platform to adapt the machine to the farm-specific requirements.
• The machine can be equipped with various automatic functions such as "Synchrodrive".
• Operation is via "ASA-BUS" touchscreen operator terminal incl. a control box.
